Refunds

Fees taken from tenants include an Application Fee, Holding Deposit, Deposit, Extension Fee and Checkout Fee. All fees are non-refundable with the express exception of the Application Fee and Holding Deposit if the Landlord decides to not to proceed with the letting once references have been taken up and been found to be acceptable. Details regarding the return of the Deposit at the end of the tenancy agreement can be found in the Tenant’s Information Pack.

All landlord fees are non-refundable.

If for whatever reason a party is not satisfied, Bannisters offers independent mediation between the complainant and the company via The Property Ombudsman for Lettings.
